6. Two Truths and a Lie
This activity is helpful if there are new employees in your office. All employees must provide three statements about themselves. The two statements should be true and the other one a lie. Other employees should guess which statement is a lie. This is a fun way for employees to introduce themselves to each other.
7. Scavenger Hunt
This activity is not just for kids but for adults as well. This will force your employees to exercise physically and mentally as they need to move around and solve some puzzles to get the clues needed to find the treasures.
8. Tallest Tower
Divide your team into groups of 3 to 8 members. They need to build towers out of newspapers. The winner is the team who builds the tallest tower. This activity will test your team’s engineering skills and creativity.
Provide several pictures to each team. They will then organize the pictures in the right sequence. This will test your teams ability to work together during group discussions.
10. Key Keeper
Select a keeper of the keys for each team. The key keeper will be blindfolded while the rest will attempt to take the key from the keeper. The key keeper should do its best to protect the key. This is a fun activity and will allow you to see the protective nature of some of your employees.
11. Blind Animals
This is another activity that requires blindfolding. Except for this activity, everyone will be blindfolded. Assign an animal sound to each member that they should imitate. While blindfolded they should find the person making the similar animal sound. Enjoy watching your employees having fun!
12. All Aboard
This is a good way to check how well your team can organize. Draw a circle on the ground. The team will then get inside that circle. Draw a progressively smaller circle and the team should make sure that everyone fits inside that circle. Watch how good your team is with managing space.
13. Go and Volunteer!
The best activity is always those that will help other people who are in need. Think of activities that are not only fun for your employees to do but will also give joy to others. Visit an orphanage, provide community service to a school, or organize a party in a nursing home. There are a lot of ways to give back to the community and let them feel the presence of your company.
14. Fun Board Meetings
Board meetings are probably one of your teams least favorite activities. Turn it into an activity that is worth looking forward to by changing some details. You can change the location of the meeting so that you will create a new atmosphere and environment. Use colorful art materials for your presentation. Change the regular discussion by playing games.
15. Tarp Hole
The goal is to move the ball along the tarp full of holes. This will challenge your teams coordination as they need to work together to make sure that the ball does not fall into one of the holes.
